We hope you love your jewellery, but if you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items
- Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels
- Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days.
- Once approved, we will confirm availability and guide you through the process.
- All exchange items must meet the same return eligibility criteria.
- Customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights, and return postage will be covered by us.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
- If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
- The item must be unopened, unworn and in original condition.
