Product Quality & Materials
Our jewellery is 18k or 14k gold plated over stainless steel or 925 sterling silver. All pieces are nickel-free, skin-friendly, and suitable for sensitive skin. Gold-plated means a layer of real gold is applied over a base metal.
Jewellery Care
Keep away from water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals. Store in a dry place and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear. Stainless steel pieces are water-resistant, but avoiding moisture helps extend the life and lustre of all jewellery.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Email hello@zaytoonboutique.com within 14 days with your order number, item name, reason, and photos if faulty or not as described. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
