Product Quality & Materials
Our jewellery is 18k or 14k gold plated over stainless steel or 925 sterling silver. All pieces are nickel-free, skin-friendly, and suitable for sensitive skin. Gold-plated means a layer of real gold is applied over a base metal.
Jewellery Care
Keep away from water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals. Store in a dry place and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear. Stainless steel pieces are water-resistant, but avoiding moisture helps extend the life and lustre of all jewellery.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Earrings can only be returned if faulty or not as described. Email hello@zaytoonboutique.com within 14 days with your order number, item name, reason, and photos if faulty. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
