We hope you love your jewellery. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to help.
Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty or not as described.
How to Request a Return
Email us at hello@zaytoonboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, your reason for returning, and photographs if the item is faulty.
You can find your order number by logging into your Zaytoon Boutique account.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and next steps. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels. Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, and are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days. Once approved, we will confirm availability and guide you through the process. All exchange items must meet the same return eligibility criteria. Customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights, and return postage will be covered by us.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unopened, unworn, and in its original condition.
